I am looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to create a vendor evaluation template for my large-scale business operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in project management and software development.
Specific features required for the software include:

- automated excel template to calculate vendor evaluations and comparisons
The platform for the software can be either Windows or Mac, as I have no preference.
As my business has more than 201 employees, the software should be able to handle large-scale operations efficiently.
