a software that can be able to insert custom colors into Google sketchup

I need a software that can once installed on a PC or mac or linux, some special colors that I want should appear in sketchup, with my specific names. sketchup users should be able to use these colors for painting on walls etc.

this can be an app that installs colors into sketchup or an app that creates a special colors plugin in sketchup which contains my special colors
