3PL software development

We run online shop built in Woo commerce. Also, we run 3PL business by keeping customers stocks in our warehouse. We do pick/pack their goods according to their instruction and bill our cost to each customers. Currently, it is B2B but will be extended to B2C as well.
All is being done by manual at the moment. We would like to develop 3PL software system to cover functions below;
