scorecard parkgolf

Hallo. I have a parkgolf course in Denmark. I have a scorecard that my guests have to carry around - and i would like to have a scorecard that can be downloaded to a phone.
I have dropped a file with my present scorecard as i looks today. I am thinking that maybe it could be made into a spreadsheet file that my guests can download on to their phones - type in their scores and, then the spreadsheet will continuously calculate the result. If it can be made as such a file, I will be able to make a QR code, that they can scan to download it.
Being able to share the result on eg. Facebook is not immediately a necessity - But it depends on how hard it is to make - (the price)
