restore KML

I am looking for help restoring a KML file. The source of the KML file is from Google Earth. No modifications or updates are needed, I simply need the file restored into the original format. Ideally, I would like someone with experience in working with KML files, specifically from Google Earth, who can ensure that the restoration is properly executed.
File doesnt open.
