We are looking for a professional license to review and stamp an affordable house plan to be built in Virginia.
It’s MANDATORY that professional meet the following requirements:
** DPOR VA number certificate to be send to local building official to be approved;
** DHCD or ICC license number to be send to local building official to be approved.
** Please, don’t make a bid if you NOT qualify for both.
The house is less than 1,100 sq ft and all in available in PDF or DWG format.
