online collaboration software for project design

I am looking to develop a hybrid programme between TOCO 3.0, WBS SchedulePro and Miro or Excalidraw. The purpose is to allow people in different locations to work on a structured problem analysis, develop a theory of change, develop a results-chain with risks and assumptions, indicators, targets and milestones, responsibility, schedule and cost it. I currently use the three programmes. They have different strengths. I am looking to get a sense of the ability to combine features and the related cost.
