Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to help copy or design a record keeping/filing software with some basic accounting capabilities for me. This software must provide me with basic data entry and storage capabilities, as well as basic accounting features. multiple users should be able to log in on line with their own log in IDs and be able to upload their PDF files to specific tabs so the manager can access and review approve or reject the PDF files.
The deliverable should be a fully functioning software with the features requested. It can either be an existing software that has been customized to meet requirements, or a completely new software designed from scratch.
In any case, it needs to provide me with an easy and efficient way to keep crucial records and to analyze and report them when needed. Additionally, if it is possible to integrate other systems into this software, that would be ideal.
It is important that the software is suitable for the purpose of record keeping, filing, and basic accounting. If you are able to provide additional innovative features that may be useful, that would also be a major plus.
