I need a pine script developer -- 2

Hello I need a simple script to be made for me in pine script for TradingView. All i need is a strategy that takes a long position when the MacD turns green with a stop loss of 200 ticks and a take profit of 60 ticks and takes a short position when the MacD is red with the same stop loss and take profit. I also need it to only take trades from 9:30am EST - 4:00pm EST
