I need to make I accounting software to submit my invoices each mont

I am in need of an accounting software that will allow me to easily submit my invoices each month. The software must be compatible with Windows. I have specific requirements for the software, which I will provide to the developer. My budget for this project is less than $500.
I need the software to take invoices in and to tell me the number of customer and I have and to let me print out the new invoices, adding the price for those who haven't paid the last month or giving the exact price for those who paied and I need to be able to change the price of my product, I am an internet distributor so I send invoices each month to people.
