I need a invoicing and inventory software with my own custom invoice design and in the end the software should open up the terms and condition tab so I can put like warranty how much is for that item

I am in need of invoicing and inventory software with a custom invoice design that will open up a tab for terms and conditions when it is finished. The features I'm looking for in this software are invoicing, inventory management, and custom invoice design. I don't have a preference as to whether it is developed from scratch or customized from an existing software, and I would prefer it to run on Windows. This software should be user friendly and intuitive, so that it is easy to set up and get going with basic information. In addition, I would like it to be scalable so that I can add features down the line as needed. And also i want groups for items like when i add another group item in the invoice the invoice should add a heading of that group for example for pc parts is ram ssd in these 2 items the invoice should give heading like this

....


and if i select from accessories some items it should look like this i will take the above example
