I need a ServiceNow expert

I need to create a questionairre that I can use to help me determine what type of servicenow product can be used to help a customer determine what type of workflow would be best

For example, the questions would screen out if the customer needs a low code workflow or a pro code workflow; or integration services or apps or portals...etc
