I need an Expert Blockchain Developer

I am currently building a web3 Dapp on React Native and both the front end and the back end are near completion. The application borrows ideas from NFT minting, staking, and loaning as well as DAO governance projects like Olympus.
The perfect developer would need to know how to structure the burning and minting of tokens, staking protocols, NFT loans, and systems of reward, burn, and treasury stabilization. The ideas we are building are new to the blockchain world, but borrow from other successful projects. The developer we are looking for needs to be a problem solver and innovator.
////Breif Synopsis////
Platform users will be able to mint, trade, stake, and loan contracts that will fuel the metaverse economy. Ideally, users should be able to transact with any token such as ETH, BNB, ADA, BTC etc. and from those transactions, a conversion into our native token would take place that rewards the DAO token holders in native DAO tokens.
We will also own our liquidity pool and will most likely be developing a swap component. I would like to develop an automated minting/burning function to regulate liquidity and create a stable token and I would like to work closely with you to integrate a staking feature for NFT contracts.
I am working with a team of advisors but I would love to find someone who is also knowledgeable about tokenomics and the best practices for an ICO. We have ideas but they can always be stronger.
I hear Quant is great, but I will leave the network up to you after a conversation regarding pros and cons, Avalanche, Solidity, Ethereum, Binance are all fine as long as they can meet the needs of the user.
Our products and contract use terms need to be tracked coss platform, Someone who buys a contract on our platform should receive the rewards of the item use across other platforms like The Sandbox, Decentralad and other metaverse projects.
