I have a program that I need help for building an executable

We use a program called Deploymaster for creating and deploying updates to our software. The problem we have is we would like to call from multiple file locations and then have it install to the exact same location on the clients computer (updates). As we have only had to do this with one folder at a time, it was easy. But multiple folders has proven to be more challenging.
