config Github and teach

i have an opensource project , i want to have it in my private git and edit some branding is specially for my usage , also need to get updated version of opensource community but i dont want my brand and customization change. if you understand and it has solution please offer me , it should tale only 30 min for freelancers who knows that. my budget only is fixed 10$
