client software

I am looking to create custom client software for a Windows platform. This software should include specific features as I have already determined them. The timeline for this project should be completed in 2 weeks or less. I am looking for someone with experience in creating custom client software on the Windows platform and timeline commitments that they can meet.

i want the program to be linked to a database so when we load up the program we can input the clients details and this can then be sored within a database so we can keep track of these clients

also i would like another program built so that we can keep a track of payments as we sell courses on finance and once they pay into the bank i want to be able to go into the program and mark paid against their payment dates this should be linked to a spreadsheet so we can keep track of charts and see who has paid and who hasnt paid
