built an Arduino

I have built an Arduino project which lights up my drum set. I am looking for help improving the design. Improvements: 1) Add Bluetooth managed via a basic android app and 3 potentiometers to control variables 2) Choose an appropriate Microchip for this 3) Provide Circuit design to hook it all up
