AI-based Stock Price Prediction Tool

I'm looking to develop a tool that can predict share trends and prices for a specific stock on the Australian Stock Exchange. This will be the first phase of a phased project, where I plan to incorporate additional features in subsequent phases.
Key Requirements:
- The tool should be developed using machine learning (AI) based on historical data from the Australian Stock Exchange. The data includes stock prices and volume of trades.
- In addition to historical data, the tool should also consider news headlines and market sentiment as triggers for predicting share trends and prices.
- The tool should provide accurate and reliable predictions to assist in decision-making regarding the stock.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing AI-based analysis tools, particularly in the stock market domain.
- Proficiency in working with historical stock exchange data.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in prediction models.
- Familiarity with integrating external triggers, such as news headlines and market sentiment, into the prediction process.
- Ability to deliver accurate and reliable predictions to support informed decision-making in stock trading.
- Front end development
- AWS for data storage in Phase II
- APIs set up and management, also for Phase II onward.
