I'm in need of a developer who can create a web-based meeting recording bot using Zoom's API. I'd like the bot to have the following features:
- Automatic recording start: The bot should initiate the recording of meetings automatically.
- Transcription of meetings: It should be able to transcribe the spoken content of the meetings accurately.
- Ability to save recordings to cloud storage: To ensure the recordings are securely stored and easily accessible.
