I need a custom solution to make automated changes to accrual balances whenever an employee's designation is changed.
I've created different policies leave types for different levels of FTE because we prorate accrual based on full time status. I used the designation field to capture the amount they work and which policies apply to them. I need a custom solution to transfer the balance of their current leave type, copy that number to the leave type they are being changed to, and then clear the initial balance.
