Zoho Creator for Data Capturing

Looking for a Zoho Creator developer to create a database with the following specs
Provide an estimate for the following project in Zoho Creator.
3 - Tables (forms)
1 - Items
1 - Item_Warehouse
1 - Warehouse Name

- One to many relationship between items and item_warehouse

- A form for users to be able to lookup an item and display availability in each warehouse in a sub-form

- Users would not be able to enter ANY data, all data would be imported via a csv file from a FTP daily.
