Zoho Creator and CRM Customising

First project is to provide a way to communicate to and from a customer with their approval of actions we are suggesting. This can be stand alone but will be part of building a broader solutions suite around sales management. Ability to work with Zoho One suite, especially CRM, Forms, Creator, Project - would be good.
