Zoho Creator Based Workflow Application

I need help with building a Zoho-based workflow application that would allow us to manage our product manufacturing process. Basic overview of the application involves assigning work tickets/tasks to individuals that need to complete a particular task, and also at the same time store and manage information into a database where previous information from completed tasks can be retrieved and re-use for reference purposes.
