Zoho Creator App for Herd Management

I'm looking to commission an app developed on Zoho Creator. The main purpose will be to automate workflow specifically aimed at herd management. The two key areas I need automated are health tracking and breeding records for the herd. This means that the freelancer should ideally have experience with Zoho Creator, workflow automation and will benefit from understanding or having interest in animal agriculture. Experience in creating applications for herd management would be a huge plus, but not necessary. This app should be intuitive, user-friendly and efficient for the best output.
