Zendesk Guide - Extension
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for a developer to create a Zendesk extension for my customer support team. The extension should have the following features:
Create an article in one zendesk guide (help center) and be able to then duplicate this article into other linked help centers
A portal that allows users to create their own articles inside a zendesk help center without requiring us to add a user to the zendesk portal (via api)
- Developing Zendesk extensions
- Integrating Zendesk with other tools
The timeline for this project is:
- As soon as possible: I am looking to get this extension developed and implemented as soon as possible.
