Zapier integration

We are a small business specialise in accessories goods (Hat, Bag). We have our own D2C platform (Shopify), our CRM tool dealing with invoices, stocks, accounting (Evoliz) and we worked as well is some B2B website. We want to automatise our data flow and need an expert to see what can be not or not by using Zapier or other solution that can fix the problem. I attached the current data workflow that we have and more happy to discuss around it in order to know what can I expect in term of deliveries, timeline and cost
