Write program to interact with a website

Hi, I want you to build a program that will read links from a text file and click some buttons on a Chrome website. The website is Opensea and I effectively want to just update the price for all my items. See the video of what the program needs to do. I have Windows OS.
Suggested steps of program.
1. Open website browser (https://opensea.io/), program will wait for user instruction
2. I will need to login to my profile, once done, I will press enter in your program
3. Your program will go through the entire txt file and complete all steps in video. No need to login again.
Program needs to be fast and not crash as I have 11k items to update the price.
