I'm seeking a skilled Zoho Creator app developer to automate workflows in my Sales and CRM processes.
Key Features:
- Order Lifecycle Management: The app should allow us to easily enter quotes and orders into work orders for the manufacturing team, and allow users to follow the manufacturing process through to shipment. It would also allow Customer Service representatives to easily search and find previous orders.
- Customer Communication Management: The app should track all interactions with customers to ensure effective communication and follow-ups.
