WordHippo Section Expander & CSV Exporter

I need a Windows-based application that can interact with WordHippo.com. The app should allow the user to manually trigger it to find and expand all collapsed sections on a WordHippo entry. All found words should be copied into a .csv file along with their corresponding sections.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in Windows application development
- Experience with web scraping
- Familiarity with .csv file handling

Please note, this is for a Windows platform, and the app needs to be user-triggered, not automatic or on a schedule.
