WooCommerce payment Gateway API Intergration

Greetings,
I have a payment solution provider who gave us access to their API and sandbox to build our own payment gateway on.
From the portal, I'm able to add a tenant/store owner and manage their transactions etc.
I need someone with experience in building a payment gateway for woocommerce to enable my store owners to accept card payments.
This plugin should be able to be installed by any anyone selling using woocommerce in South Africa.
