Windows-based Stock EOD Calculator

I am seeking a developer to create a bespoke trading software specifically designed for Windows. The main functionality of this software will be to conduct small calculations on end-of-day (EOD) CSV files of stock data and produce a CSV output.
IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong proficiency in Windows software development
- Extensive experience in creating trading software
- Significant knowledge in stock market operations, specifically EOD data
- Superb CSV data manipulation
