Windows Sports Betting App Development

I'm looking for an expert in software development to build a sports betting application specifically for Windows. The app should be user-friendly and tailored for sports enthusiasts.

The product:
- A Windows compatible app that lists Value Bets for Betfair only using Sportmonks API (I have a Sportmonks account)
- The app must be able to read Sportmonks API subscription and provide value bets for the currently available subscription. If subscription changes later, the app should be able to read the additional markets.
- The list must show value bets for the following markets: Match Odds (Home, Away, Draw), Under/Over 1.5, Under/Over 2.5, Under/Over 3.5, BTTS, Correct Score
- The app must be able to export the list with value picks in CSV format, compatible for import into BF Botmanager. See the BF Botmanager manual, section 7.3.18 at bfbotmanager.com/documents/manuals/bf_bot_manager_manual_version_3_0.pdf

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Windows application development.
- Strong background in sports betting software.
- Excellent UI/UX design skills.
- Familiar with APIs

Experience:
- Prior experience in developing betting applications is highly desirable.
- A portfolio showcasing similar projects will be an advantage.
