Key Functionalities:
- Inventory management: The software needs the ability to easily track stock levels and manage costs.
- Invoicing: Creation and tracking of invoices should be a core feature.
- Financial reporting: The software should include PNL and Balance Sheet creation, alongside regular reporting and accounting options.
- Stock management: The application should have the capacity to manage stock levels effectively.
In addition, it should be designed to easily integrate with our company website. A strong background in creating similar financial software or experience with Windows-based application development is preferred. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero inter-operability would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
