Window Diagram Software Development

I'm seeking a software engineer to create a program that generates 2D diagrams of windows. The software should allow users to input window sizes, and subsequently, diagram a styled window, along with the type of glass the window will use.
Key Requirements:
- The software should support the creation of 2D diagrams.
- Users should be able to choose from three types of windows: sliding, casement, and vertical.
- The software needs to incorporate two types of glass: tempered and low-E glass.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in software development, with a focus on diagram/visualization software.
- Prior experience in creating user-input based software.
- Understanding of different window styles and types of glass is a plus.
