Whatsapp API developer required -- 3

I require someone with experience working with the Whatsapp API such as building chatbots and retrieving/modifing media (images), so that we can build up a database of images from customers. Retrieving these images according to which customers sent them is also a major requisite feature so we can process them on our own computer/server.

Another feature we're looking for is to integrate with our current software to send out their images to their Whatsapp numbers.
