I'm seeking a professional who can customize a Microsoft Bot Framework chatbot to meet our specific needs, and assist us in hosting it on our server.
Key requirements:
- The chatbot needs to be integrated with our website through an API, allowing us to display it on our site.
- It should be capable of answering customer queries using our data.
- The chatbot will only need to support web interactions, not mobile or social media platforms.
- Interaction with the bot will be solely through text input.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Strong skills in API integration and server hosting.
- Able to customize chatbots according to specific requirements.
- Excellent understanding of customer service interactions and chatbot functionalities.
