Web-based Inventory Tool Development

I'm in need of a web-based inventory management tool. It's important that it's an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), so we're focusing on product tracking and order management.

Key requirements:
- Web-based: The tool must be accessible via a web browser.
- Product tracking: We need a robust system to keep track of our inventory of 100-500 products. This should include basic information like name, description, stock levels, and possibly more.
- Order management: The tool should allow us to receive and process orders, updating stock levels accordingly. The system should be able to handle at least 100-500 orders.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in web development, particularly in building web-based applications
- Strong experience in database management for inventory systems
- Understanding of e-commerce processes would be a plus
