Web System for Tracking Assistant Lawyers activities

We need of a comprehensive web system designed to monitor the activities of assistant lawyers. The interface must be in Spanish, but we can handle the translation. A crucial requirement is that the system integrates with Microsoft Word for a specific type of user. All users have Office 365 accounts for login.

Key User Roles:
- Admin
- Assistant Lawyer
- Client
- Supervisor

Activities to be Tracked:
- Meeting scheduling
- Document handling
- Case updates
- Phone calls
- Activity reports

Word Integration:
The system should facilitate Word integration for creating documents for a selected client. This includes choosing the activity, document name/type, and starting the activity.

Ideal skills for this job include:
- Proficiency in web development
- Experience in creating user role-based systems
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word integration
- Ability to deliver a multilingual interface
- Understanding of legal assistant activities
