We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of a cutting-edge web application tailored for fence companies. This application will streamline operations, enhance customer service, and improve project management.

Project Overview:
Our goal is to create a comprehensive web application with the following core features and development phases:

MVP / V0: Instant Proposal Tool
Objective: Develop an advanced instant proposal tool, inspired by a blend of a couple current estimating tools MySalesman and the drawing tool Arcsite, but with unique, modern features. This tool will be the main focal point of our advertising, along with the additional project management capabilities with it all tied to a CRM.

In-Person Estimator Tool:
Enter customer’s name & address.
Display satellite view of the property.
Modern measuring tool to draw out proposed fence-line.
Select fence type and style.
Generate an instant proposal in PDF format, including:
Drawing/layout
Estimate/invoice sheet

Acts as a lead gatherer on company websites.
Allows customers to receive instant online proposals.

Seamlessly send job info to the crew (layout, photos, notes, etc.)
Integration with QuickBooks for syncing of estimates.
Comprehensive CRM and job management functionalities.

Responsibilities:
Lead the project from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and map out the customer journey.
Break down the project into manageable phases (MVP, V1, V2, V3) and create detailed project plans.
Collaborate with UI/Front-End Engineers, Back-End Engineers, and other stakeholders.
Create mockups and wireframes for the application’s front-end.
Oversee the development of the back-end infrastructure, data storage, and API integrations.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and other relevant regulations.
Manage the deployment and post-launch support of the application.

Requirements:
Proven experience in software development projects.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to create detailed wireframes and mockups.
Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management, and invoicing tools.
Knowledge of data compliance and security best practices.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in developing SaaS applications.
Familiarity with the fence industry or other service-based businesses.
Technical background with knowledge of React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
