The primary objective is to detect, track, and analyze the dwell time of vehicles within the property and capture license plate information for those not stopping at the businesses.

Develop standalone software compatible with Reolink IP cameras.
Implement real-time vehicle detection and tracking within designated zones (entrance, exit, and parking areas).
Analyze dwell time for each vehicle and identify those with minimal or nonexistent dwell time (indicating through traffic).
