Update a program that was created for windows

Back in 2020 I had a program created but the freelancer isn't working here anymore so I need to find someone else who can take over the program and make it functional. Basically the program takes an input file and then extracts companies data from a specific website and compiles it in an output file. The program doesn't work anymore due to it beeing old and site has been changed so I need you to fix it for me so that I can use it as before.

I'm attaching a screendump of what it looks like. Proxies are used in order to be able to use multiple threads simultaniously. I will send you the program files for checking of course so that you can estimate how long you need to fix it.
