We are seeking an experienced Travel Agency Software Consultant to assist in implementing a mid/back-office software solution for our travel agency. Our goal is to integrate this solution seamlessly with the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) and other third-party booking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide expert guidance on selecting the most suitable mid/back-office software tailored to our travel agency's needs.
-Ensure seamless integration with Sabre GDS, including flight, hotel, and car rental bookings.
-Assist in integrating other third-party booking platforms (e.g., Hotel booking platforms, etc.).
-Configure automation for invoicing, reporting, and itinerary management.
-Train internal staff on the new system and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
-Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
-Integrate with Xero accounting software.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in travel agency software solutions and Sabre GDS integration.
-Familiarity with other third-party booking platforms and mid/back-office software tools.
-Strong understanding of travel agency operations, including invoicing, reporting, and customer management.
-Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
-Excellent communication and project management skills.
