Transport permit slip generator

I need someone who can create a software in which permit slips for transporting/shipping goods could be done. The software should have ability to auto-generate a slip based on the data input. A possibility of having a barcode for w the data of which shipments have went through and which have came should be there. The software should print in Marathi language.
