Trading platform blocker

I want to creat a software/program that blocks the online trading platform as soon as I get to my loosing limit. So for example, if I loss a trade that equals the 2% of my trading account, then the trading platform will be blocked so that I can not keep trading until the next day. This is in order to prevent over trading, a common behaviuour for traders.
