Trading bot for Indian Stock market -- 2

I am looking to develop a trading bot that can be used on both BSE and NSE for the Indian stock market. The trading bot would operate on an algorithmic basis, so it is ideally suited for high-frequency trading. I need a high level of customization to achieve what I am looking for, and I am looking for someone who has expertise in both software engineering and trading to ensure that the bot meets my needs.
