Tradestation VPOC Indicator Enhancement

Modify the indicator to draw the Volume Point of Control (VPOC) when below conditions are met
Condition:
When consecutive green bars forms (until a red bar forms )
When consecutive red bars forms (until a green bar forms.)
The number of consecutive bars should an INPUT ie: ≥3
Action:
Calculate the VPOC for the identified consecutive bars until bar color changes
AND
Identify when the current price is equals VPOC value within the consecutive bars

Visualization:
Show VPOC value, Draw the VPOC on the chart when the condition is met.
Add options to:
Choose the color /style for the VPOC line. And VOPC Price
Option to Extend the VPOC line across the chart.
Different color for :"Identify when the current price is equal to the VPOC value with in the consecutive bars"
Start Date & time
End Date & time
Note: If Date & time is left blank, indicator calculates for current date
FYI- Most likely, I will use it on Range Bar Chart
