Tournament Management System for Taekwondo (Expandable to Other Sports)

We are looking for an experienced developer/team to build a **Tournament Management System (TMS)** that will initially focus on **Taekwondo competitions** and later be extendable to **other sports (Karate, Judo, Wrestling, etc.)**.

The system should manage the **entire competition workflow**, including:

**Core Requirements (Phase 1 – Taekwondo):**

* ✅ Admin panel to create/manage tournaments
* ✅ Registration system (Individual & Team entries)
* ✅ Player profile database (Name, DOB, Gender, Academy, Weight, MNA/MSA, Website, etc.)
* ✅ Automatic sorting into **Age Categories, Gender, Weight Divisions**
* ✅ Knockout & League format support
* ✅ Auto-generation of **Draw Sheets / Tie Sheets / Brackets**
* ✅ Match scheduling and real-time updates
* ✅ Result entry + live updates (Match by Match)
* ✅ Automatic calculation of **Medal Tally (Gold, Silver, Bronze)** per Academy/Team
* ✅ Reports & export (PDF/Excel)

**Future Scope (Phase 2 – All Sports):**

* Multi-sport support (e.g., Karate, Boxing, Wrestling, Athletics, etc.)
* API integration for digital scoring systems (KPNP, Daedo, Tusha, etc.)
* Live streaming & scoreboard integration
* Multi-language support
* Mobile-friendly UI / App version

**Technology Preference:**

* Open to **Web-based** or **Hybrid App (Web + Android/iOS)**
* Clean, modern, responsive UI
* Cloud-hosted solution (preferred)
* Scalable architecture for future sports modules

**Freelancer Requirements:**

* Prior experience in sports/tournament management software (preferred)
* Strong skills in **JavaScript/React/Node.js/PHP/MySQL** or similar stack
* Ability to deliver in **phased milestones**
* Provide **demo/portfolio of past work** (if available)
