Total Guard Attendance Bridge - Mock Exe

I need a mock executable program for Windows called "Total Guard Attendance Bridge". The program should have logon capabilities with hardcoded user/pass and simple screens with basic fields.

Logon Screen:
- Username and password fields

Post-Logon Features:
- Three buttons: locations, attendance devices, settings

'Location' Screen Fields:
- Input fields for location name, description, and location pin

Attendance devices fields: Name, IP, Port, Serial Number, Location (dropdown)

Settings fields: IP or domain, Port, API Key
