Tool for Using Datatuner or other AI application for summarizing tabular data into text

We are a publisher of research data and we want to be able to use Amazon's datatuner or some other table to text AI program to summarize tabular market research and benchmarking data. I have attached a sample of the type of data and existing summary type. We are looking for an AI tool or applications that can be programmed to summarize our data.
