Tokenomics of a rewarding system for a music streaming platform

Hi! I'm looking for someone who can create the economic design of a rewarding system for a music streaming platform where artists and listeners are being paid by a crypto token. The design must be sustainable for 3-5 years and the token must hold some value.

I need more Utility for the token :
-staking system ;
-the token can be used to buy a place in the playlists;
-mint NFT, when they upload a track;
-If the people hold the token, then it will have more value;
